Seed bars

Lunch box. Nut free. Seeds for zinc. Protein for growth.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sugar free or low sugar cornflakes OR puffed brown rice

1/2 cup soy protein crisps

30g butter OR coconut oil

1/3 cup honey

Method

Heat butter/coconut oil in a pan on the stove. Cook until it forms a Caramel like colour and thickens slightly

Combine all dry ingredients and quickly stir in hot mix

Put in a lined tray and push down all over

Bake 160 degrees for 5 minutes

Cool

Cut into bars once completely cool.
