I’m Wade, a Bachelor-qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Practicing Nutritionist, passionate about helping people uncover the root cause of their health concerns and achieve lasting wellness. My own health journey over a decade ago ignited my fascination with the way nutrition, lifestyle, and environment influence the body, and it’s the reason I do what I do today.
I believe that food and nutrition is the foundation of health, but that every person’s needs are unique. My approach is centred on the whole person, your history, your lifestyle, and your goals… rather than just isolated symptoms.
By looking deeper and asking the “why” behind your health challenges, I aim to provide clarity, direction, and the tools to create meaningful change.
In practice, I integrate nutritional therapy, functional testing, therapeutic supplementation, and lifestyle strategies. This combination allows me to uncover the underlying factors contributing to symptoms and create targeted, evidence-based plans that work in harmony with your life and any existing medical care.
