HEALTHY HABITS NUTRITION SUPPORT
Thriving Tribe Nutrition offers supportive, evidence-informed nutrition services designed to nurture children’s wellbeing, behaviour, and development across early childhood and primary school settings.
This work goes beyond “what to eat.” It focuses on the foundation of education, to support and motivate change. Key topics are the connection between food, gut health, and how children feel, behave, and learn each day. By supporting both educators and families, the aim is to build a deeper understanding of how nutrition influences mood, energy, regulation, and engagement.
Support is practical, realistic, and tailored to your setting. Everything is designed to fit within your existing routines, values, and resources, so changes feel achievable and sustainable.

How Individualised Support Works:
The first session is designed to gather information about your centre, understand your goals and challenges, and identify where support is most needed.
The second session focuses on providing tailored recommendations, practical strategies, resources, and ideas for implementation based on the information gathered.
Additional support sessions can then be arranged as required, depending on the level of support your centre would like and the outcomes you are working towards.
Please note that individualised support is charged at an hourly rate. This includes both face-to-face consultation time and any work completed behind the scenes, such as menu reviews, resource development, policy review, family communication materials, and personalised recommendations.

Yes! We know how difficult it can be to gather staff and families for live training sessions, so we have created a pre-recorded workshop options that allows educators and parents to access the content at a time that suits them.
This option also includes personalised support and a Q&A session to encourage attendance and input, while also ensuring that your centre feels confident navigating individual needs, implementing practical strategies, and making sustainable healthy changes within your service.
